The Delta Leisure Group has announced that it has secured
the DVD and digital rights to 34
episodes of Out of Town with Jack Hargreaves which have never previously
been made available for release on video or DVD.
The episodes have recently come to light thanks to the
work of David King, Simon Baddeley,
Simon Winters & Kaleidoscope, and are expected to be released by Delta towards
the end of this year. DVD rights were acquired from Endemol Worldwide
Distribution.
The episodes, from 1980 & 1981, are the original TV
broadcast programmes, as made by
Southern Television.
