The Restoration of the British Motorcycle Museum
Virtually destroyed by fire in September 2003 together with many priceless exhibits, it has since been lovingly restored by a group of artisan engineers from the ranks of the world’s leading racing motorbike marques. Since the rebuild, the museum has been restored to even greater glory; you will see the finest collection of motorbikes from through the ages, all in one location.

Gerry Burr joins 300 vintage, veteran and pre-1963 motorcycle owners for a 110-mile journey from Lyme Regis to Weston Super Mare. Organised by the Westland Classic Motorcycle Club, the
Great Western coast to coast run attracts an entry list of famous and some rare makers of solo and side car motorcycles, with great names like BSA, Norton, Triumph, Sunbeam and many more.
So sit back and enjoy these motorcycle memories as we go coast to coast!

Join Gerry Burr on Great Britain’s biggest classic motorcycle run. 500 motorcycles from the 50s and 60s gather each year at the Fleet Air Arm Museum in Yeovilton, for a classic bike run around Somerset. Gerry seeks out the motorcycles that capture the spirit of the 60s as we follow the run to the East Somerset Railway at Cranmore. There’s bikes, bikes and more bikes on this, the biggest classic bike run in Britain.
These programmes were originally released individually in 2002.
