Robert Johnson, Blues Master Works on Vinyl
Robert Johnson Blues Master Works - *Coming Soon*
Although he died some eight decades ago, at all the all-too-young age of 27 years, the iconic Robert Johnson is still remembered by his devoted admirers and fans as being one of the all-time consummate American blues performers.
A century after his birth in Mississippi, Johnson is still revered for such classic recordings as Cross Road Blues, Kind Hearted Woman Blues, Walkin’ Blues, Sweet Home Chicago, Terraplane Blues and I Believe I’ll Dust My Broom. Robert Johnson is one of the iconic artists of blues music, his mastery of the blues guitar and expressive vocals combining to create an unforgettable and still potent musical legacy.
This new collection is a worthy salute to Johnson’s colossal performing and writing talents, and features every recording made by him – including alternative takes – during his all-too-short career.
